Thursday 29th July, 6pm – 8pm, Outside Deli Lama, Bexley Square, Salford, M3 5LE
£10 gets you a drink of your choice (tea/coffee/soft drink/beer/wine/spirits), delicious food, a vote and a chance to win a minimum of £200 for your social enterprise, business idea or community project.
Pitch your ideas to some of Salford’s successful social entrepreneurs and business support providers and take home a pot of cash to help you get your idea started.
It’s not quite Detroit Soup but you vote for the idea which you feel deserves funding and the winner takes home hundreds of pounds to get their idea off the ground.
If you have a business, social enterprise or an idea for a community project or are looking to network with other small businesses and local social enterprises then this is the perfect event for you.
Reserve your space online here or email events@thebusinessgroup.org. If you’d like to pitch at the Salford Sup event simply email events@thebusinessgroup.org with the name of your venture. As always we have a handful of free tickets for Salford residents and social enterprises.
For further info you can contact jonmonk@thebusinessgroup.org.
Please note ‘pitching’ in this context means talking informally to other attendees – you are not required to bring a slide deck or prepare a presentation.
Full refunds will be given for people who can’t attend. This event will be outdoors. Tickets are strictly limited.
